How to Buy from Us
Purchases can be made by visiting our premises, from our website, or over the phone on 01536 484732.
Prices
All prices for the furniture on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Delivery charges are as set out on our Delivery page.
Our delivery drivers take every care when delivering your furniture, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is made. It is your responsibility to make sure any carpets or furniture are covered and any valuables, pictures etc are removed from the delivery area.
Payments
You can purchase items on our website using your debit and credit card. All card payments are processed securely for you by Roman Cart which is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates. Further details about this are on our Payments page. The cardholders address must match the delivery address.
Cancellation
When you’ve purchased an item from our website or over the phone, you can cancel your purchase (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by informing us either in writing (including email) or by phoning us on:

You will be refunded in full for the cost of the item plus delivery charge to you.
You will, however, be required to pay return carriage charges to send the item back to us, or a collection charge if we collect the item from you.
Any items returned should be unused and in their original packaging, so please check your furniture thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
Refunds are given by the same method as the original payment.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty when it arrives, we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund after discussion with you. If the item is being returned to us for a refund, you will be refunded in full including all delivery charges.
General
Photos and graphics depicting the furniture on our website are for guidance only and should not be regarded as definitive. Colours will vary depending on the settings of individual computer monitors, and natural products, such as wood, will have colour variations.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
